- Day 3 Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,441m). (Distance approx. 12km/ 6hrs)
- Day 4 Namche Bazaar acclimatization day. Walk around Namche Bazaar (Distance approx.5km/3hrs)
- Day 5 Trek to the Tengboche Monastery (3,860m) (Distance approx. 12km / 5 hrs)
- Day 6 Trek to Pheriche (4,200m) (Distance approx. 11km/ 5.5 hrs)
- Day 7 Rest and acclimatization day. (Distance approx. 4km/ 3hrs)
- Day 8 Trek to Lobuche (4,910m). (Distance approx. 8.5km 4hrs.
- Day 9 Trek to Gorak Shep (5,180m) then hike up to Kalapatthar (5,555m) back to Gorak Shep. (Distance approx. 10km/ 5hrs)
