    The before tour service was excellent, including organisation of the Tibet permit. But the guide, although knowledgeable, fell down on the customer service aspect. There were repeated instances of failure with this including replying he was 'too busy' when asked a query, did not answer queries at all, and dangerously, had not checked the oxygen tank and when required, a passenger had to suffer through without.

      • For any tour departing before June 17th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 17th, 2025, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Tibet Vista. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
