  We had a wonderful time in Sri Lanka and were able to experience so much due to the extensive program. Whether it was the wildlife in the national parks or in sanctuaries, the wonderful nature, fabulous views from one of the mountains, the train ride to Ella, relaxing hours by the pool or on the beach, etc. There were so many highlights on this trip. The accommodation was also great, a good mixture of small, family-run accommodation through to larger hotels. Our guide Nalin Dissanayake was able to tell us a lot about the country, the history, the nature and the culture of the people due to his broad knowledge. He was always super friendly and helpful and responded to our wishes and needs. He always tried to please everyone and succeeded in doing so. A trip through Sri Lanka, especially with Nalin as a guide, is more than recommendable. Our expectations were more than exceeded. We are glad that we can travel home with new great memories.

  We booked a 16 day tour od Sri Lanka with BH Lanka tours, and I would definitley recommend them if you are looking for a proffessional, polite, knowledgeable and reasonably priced tour operator in Sri Lanka. The communication with them by e mail prior to the tour was excellent and we agreed the itinerary with them. They were very flexible to arrange what we wanted to see and do. We also booked our own hotels and they transported us to and from each one as needed. We were met at the airport and then expertly looked after for the whole trip and taken to all the major sites in Sri lanka. Our flight was late landing and they waited at the airport for us without any objections. Our Tour operator and driver Buddhika was brilliant, he could tell us all about the cultural history of Sri lanka and answer all the questions we had about Sri Lanka. He was always very polite and friendly, a great driver and we always felt safe in his comfortable air conditioned vehicle. We used Whatsapp to communicate pick up times etc with him and it worked really well. Overal, a great experience!

  The varied itinerary arranged by B H Lanka gave us a good overall taste of life in Sri Lanka covering a good mix of animal safaris, beach experiences, historical and cultural tours and tea plantations etc. Our guide, Buddhika, was always friendly, courteous and flexible. He was happy to answer our questions and give us helpful advice when needed. Some experiences were lead by local guides arranged by B H Lanka. I would not hesitate in recommending this tour company.

  The tour was breathtaking - from elephants and leopards to impressive nature as well as traditional and cultural sights, everything was there. Sri Lanka's waterfalls, beaches and mountains are unique in their diversity. The friendliness of the people was contagious. Every single hotel on the trip was unique. We stayed in quiet mountain hotels, cute British-influenced city hotels and hotels with small bungalows and big pools. The Sri Lankan food was amazing and a swim in the ocean so refreshing. However, the entire 12 days wouldn't have been so great if we hadn't had Nalin Dissanayake as our guide. He is a driver, food specialist, historian, botanist, doctor and much more and, above all, a very kind-hearted person. He helped us out whenever we needed him, was always in a great mood and had an answer to every question. Thank you! 12/10!

  The trip was a real experience. Nalin Dissanayake was a great guide. He enthusiastically explained everything to us and answered all our questions about Sri Lanka, its culture, cities, nature, religions, temples and much more. Nalin was also a great companion and always looked after our well-being. The hotels were really great, the food was always delicious and the excursions were breathtaking. The excursions were very varied and extensive, from historical and cultural to action and theatre. Within 12 days we were able to discover many different sides of Sri Lanka. I can highly recommend the trip and have rarely had such a wonderful holiday. Thank you for everything Nalin Dissanayake!

  My partner and myself did this tour at the end of August of this year. Overall, it has been an amazing experience! The daily organization was great, mainly thanks to our guide/driver Nalin. While driving us from one city to the next, he told us many interesting things about the country and the culture. He also took care of letting us taste different traditional fruits and snacks! We highly recommend this tour and Nalin as a guide!

  We had a great experience in Sri Lanka. Our driver/guide Nalin was excellent he got us tickets & seats to The Esala Perahera Festival at late notice which we were very happy about. We saw a lot of Sri Lanka's fabulous country in a safe & friendly way.
