Our tour driver and guide was prakash .Our driver and guide was incredibly knowledgeable and saw that the tour program was scheduled and on time and he has very good driving skills on all hilly roads.We learned about history, art, culture, and much more. The scenery was beautiful. We had a lot of fun at Rohtang Pass, ziplining, ropeway riding, and river rafting. We enjoyed the cultural show that Payless arranged at the end of the tour. We were happy with all the arrangements and proper care was taken of us. I would like to thank Prakash for being a wonderful driver cum guide because of whom we had a fantastic trip. This is my 2nd trip with Payless tour looking forward to more.And at the last thanks.Show more

Sharma family us one of the reasons for visiting India and staying in their beautiful house surrounded by pristine nature. This experience is undoubtedly really outstanding and unique, gives you a deep insight in indian culture and their life. Apart from it we did fantastic sightseeing of really astonishing monuments and had interactions with locals. Trekking to local Himalayan villages was a great attraction, too. - JWJoseph· February 15th, 2020We are on our last night of this tour. It has been memorable to say the least. The landscape, the monuments and temples and the homestay were all fabulous. Sanjay the driver has done his best. However the hotels were not to the standard we would expect from Tour Radar. We were expecting 3 star as stated on the itenary and they were barely 2 star to say the least. Every night of our tour there were always issues. ,. Sheets were not clean,. Room was dirty, no hot water. No servicing if staying more than one night etc. This we found stressful when the expectation on a tour is to have clean accommodation. In Rishikesh all of a sudden a guide showed up. We did not think this was value for money as he barely spent time with us and kept asking us to write a review. What is it with reviews in India? .most places are scoring 10 out of 10. This doesn't make sense. Please scrutinise the reviews for Payless India more closely also. There are at least 3 reviews written by the Payless Drivers themselves with the owner writing a glowing and flowery response. On the whole a very underwhelming experience and we didnt realise by offering a 40% discount that it was going to compromise the quality of this tour. We are happy to provide additional feedback so that your next guests do not have to endure the conditions we have gone through. Let's hope we can be of service.
