Ashley· October 5th, 2022I do not think they were clear at all from the beginning on the car and insurance involved. I ended up paying $800 more out of pocket because of the team not explaining things clearer. I would not recommend Tourradar to anyone because they have not been understanding. Paid way too much for what we received. A service like this is supposed to make your trip more enjoyable and easier. They did not do that for us. Places of stay changed last minute, documents were late, and I was not even asked what type of vehicle I’d like to drive.
