  The overall experience of being in Croatia was great. The tour was fast-paced, but fulfilling to have seen so many countries in a small amount of time. The experience was enhanced with Simona, our tour guide. She was brilliant, articulate very knowledgeable and such a joy to have as our guide.

  I concluded the UK/Ireland/France trip in mid-October and am still raving about it. Indus travel (specifically Rachel) did a wonderful job - very responsive and attentive to detail. Trip well-organized, very knowledgeable guides. Look forward to travelling with Indus again.

  we took a tour to Greece and Italy SEPT 9- SPET 22, 2022, we were promised 2 guides one English speaking and one other..we got one guide who was rude and really was not fluid in English. I asked a question and was told not to ask after to ask during which she wouldn't answer if you did, another Spanish speaking lady didn't understand her instructions either but i an American was the only one she was rude to and she later apologized to the other lady but not me. the bus was hot i asked 3 times for them to turn it down, it was like a sauna. the bus driver would not run the bus to cool it down, said he couldn't while parked, but he did just that the next day. We were lied to by Anastasia, and Niko the guides, the bus driver was rude we had to unload or luggage, hotel rooms were hot, some dirty all below average for accommodations, food was on a time ..we were told we could not eat till 9:30 at night, we went early the dining room was just fine with that another lie by our Guide Anastasia, we were given 15 min to eat some mornings, we were dumped downtown for 6 hrs with no way to get back to our hotel, we were told they don't do multiple trips, another lie for they did just that the next day, Another bus sat in a bar for 2-3 hrs also wanting to go to the hotel, the modern cruiser (there description) was a transport ferry for truckers, our room was dirty, dog hair all over the floor and extra blanket from the top bunk, the shower was dirty, the bathroom smelled like backed up sewer, we wanted a room with a window so the guide said he gave us his room (not) he had a much nice room on a different floor.. Niko also told Tatiana there were no other rooms with windows, but another lady complained from out group and she got a room with a window so he again LIED.. we ate in a gas station one night..this is when the ferry left late because of loading trucks, we missed a whole tour because of this and nothing was done about it, the ferry looked like a homeless shelter the truckers and other slept in the lounges, around the pool ( which was empty along with the hot tub) this was not a modern cruiser,, i have never been treated with so much rudeness, lied to, put on a gross truck ferry in my life i want a refund no credit to this company Indus/europamundo...we didn't understand most of our tour for lack of english speaking guides...DO NOT TRAVEL WITH INDUS/EUROPAMUNDO... We also had dirty blankets in our room, no air turned on ahead of time (we were a sure thing) we had a shower head come off when turning it on and spray the whole bathroom.. the list goes on and on..

  Don’t. Do not use this company. . They will hand you off to a different third rate tour company, Booked was a tour through Greece and Italy. Without advance notice, the tour was handed off to a company called Europamundo. We had no knowledge of this company and no time to research it. From the beginning of the tour, it was a disaster. Although promised an English guide, we were given one guide who spent the Grecian tour translating in three languages; thus, we were provided with 1/3 of a tour. She was rude and definitely not fluent in English. No emergency contact information provided, no headsets for site explanations, no water, no map, and no concern. From there, things deteriorated. The brother said”modern cruiser” to Italy. In truth, it was a truck transport ferry that was filthy. It arrived late, and we missed the promised sights upon landing in Italy. The guide on that portion of the tour was also rude and lied to us about room availability. The guide in Italy spoke decent English; however, she was pulled off our tour prior to completion. Although, I complained and described horrible behavior and events almost daily throughout the trip, absolutely nothing was done to rectify the situation. I search for the names of the customer service director and president; they were copied on all email complaints. I was told Europamundo would call me—-for what purpose I don’t know. They haven’t, of course. The tour was purchased through Indus. I expect Indus to stand behind their offerings. To date, they haven’t. The bottom line is this: do not trust Indus, do not use Indus, do not expect that anyone at Indus will act as your advocate.
