  I just recently completed my fourth trip with Indus travels To the islands of Thailand. I have to say once again, this travel offers top-notch services from start to finish. I exceptionally enjoyed the way they put together their tour packaging catered to my needs, Write down to the incredible sales associate services that is offered at the Head office. I would especially love to give special things to Rachel P. I’ve had the pleasure to be working with for the past five years and I look for many more years to come. Indus Travel Offers solo travellers Like myself, a great opportunity to explore the world in an organized fashion. Keep up the great work and I look forward to my next up-and-coming trip in July 2025.!

  A Disastrous Graduation Gift: Indus Travel Falls Short on Every Front I recently entrusted Indus Travel to plan the administrative details for a special college graduation gift – a trip to Thailand and Qatar for my son. Regrettably, what was supposed to be a joyous occasion turned into the worst travel experience of our lives. I am compelled to share my dismal experience with Indus Travel in the hope that others avoid the distress we endured. From the outset, the administrative details were far from solidified. Communication from Indus Travel was sporadic at best, leaving us in the dark about crucial aspects of our trip. This lack of transparency and clarity cast a shadow over our excitement, as we constantly found ourselves questioning the reliability of the arrangements. Upon arrival in both Thailand and Qatar, the first glaring issue emerged – we were not picked up at the airports as promised in our meticulously crafted itinerary. This left us stranded, exhausted, and frantically trying to rectify the situation with minimal assistance from Indus Travel. The absence of a seamless airport transfer significantly tainted our initial impressions of the trip. The letdown didn't stop there. Since no one was there to pick us up from he airport, we had to find our own way to the hotel located on our itinerary. Despite having pre-booked hotel rooms through Indus Travel, we were told at our first location that they did not have us registered as guests. To our surprise, we had to pay out of pocket to book a room for the night. The reality fell far short of their claims of offering superior lodgings. Dingy rooms, lackluster amenities, and unhelpful staff made our stay far from the luxurious experience we were promised and paid for. Indus Travel's failure to deliver on its promises has left an indelible mark on what was supposed to be a memorable celebration. The lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and disregard for customer satisfaction have shattered any trust I initially placed in this travel agency. As a professional Executive who is responsible for customer service and satisfaction, I would STRONGLY advise against choosing Indus Travel for ANY travel plans. The administrative incompetence, unreliability in transportation, and the stark discrepancy between promised accommodations and reality make them an unreliable choice for anyone seeking a stress-free and enjoyable travel experience. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration – look elsewhere for a travel agency that values its customers and takes pride in delivering on its commitments.

  The tour went smooth all the way from the beginning to the end. I received my itinerary and flight information about 3 weeks prior to my departure date, as promised. I even contacted the hotel I'd be staying at to confirm my stay and found that Indus had everything set up for my arrival. The hotels were comfortable and clean. Email correspondences were prompt and the tour agents in Thailand were professional and very kind. The customer service on the flight was really good as well.

  The whole trip was perfect. The airline was good with plenty of leg room. The hotels were excellent and the breakfasts were amazing. The tour guides and drivers went out of their way to make sure that we were well taken care of.
