  I recently went on a 10-day tour through Egypt, and it was an incredible journey from start to finish. The itinerary was thoughtfully designed, taking us to all the must-see spots like the Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx, where standing in front of such iconic monuments felt surreal. One of the best parts was the Nile cruise, which was both peaceful and packed with amazing sights. The ship was comfortable, and the staff were attentive, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. We visited beautiful temples like Kom Ombo and Edfu along the way, which were brought to life by our guide’s fascinating stories. I also appreciated how well-organized everything was — from airport pickups to local tours, everything ran smoothly. The guides were not only knowledgeable but also personable, sharing a mix of historical facts and local tips that made the experience more meaningful. If you’re looking for a well-rounded introduction to Egypt that covers all the major highlights without feeling rushed, I’d highly recommend this tour.

  Very well organised tour, communication with Vacations to Go Travel was very clear & prompt. Airport pick-ups and drop-offs all very smooth. They accommodated our seven hour delayed arrival (courtesy of British Airways) without any problem! Our Egyptologist guides (Bassem & Mansour) were both exceptional; very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful with anything we asked or needed. Being a small group of six we felt we had a very personal service from them both. I think it would be very difficult to achieve a tour like this independently, particularly in 10 days. The guides make everything simpler and quicker, from purchasing tickets at the monuments to organising transport to and from the hotel & ship, making for a very relaxed & stress-free experience. The hotel in Cairo (Steigenberger El Tahrir) was clean & comfortable and had an wide selection for breakfast. WiFi was good and available everywhere. The lunches we had as part of the tours in and around Cairo were both authentic & excellent. The cruise ship (Esmerelda) was great with delicious food - very wide choice and good quality. Clean, large cabin, friendly staff, with amusing & unusual towel art! The only thing that let it down was the WiFi - difficult to connect & reconnect to, non-existent in the restaurant and the free package (1GB) stopped working prematurely. It wasn't a big problem for us as we had a generous cellular data package, having bought a SIM at Cairo airport. The tour involves quite a few early starts (particularly if the options for a balloon ride & a trip to Abul Simbel [both excellent] are taken), but this means monuments can be visited when it's cooler and they are slightly less crowded. I think it would be very difficult to achieve a tour like this independently, particularly in 10 days. The guides make everything simpler, from purchasing tickets at the monuments to organising transport. Overall this tour exceeded my expectations and was very good value. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this tour or company and would use them again.

  Just got back from a 10-day Egypt tour with Vacations to Go Travel, and it was fantastic! We saw the Pyramids, cruised the Nile, and explored ancient temples—all amazing. The hotels were great, and the Nile cruise was a real treat. Our guides were friendly and knowledgeable, making everything easy and fun. We also got to enjoy some local food and markets, which was a nice touch. Overall, a perfect trip for anyone wanting to experience the best of Egypt. Highly recommend!

  Our 10-day Cario/Nile Cruise experience of Egypt from the professional meeting at the Cairo Airport by John to the day tours around Cairo with George who was nothing short of a walking encyclopedia on Egypt was outstanding to say the least. The Cairo accommodation and accommodation security were second to none. Very safe….and the Hotel services safe, very professional & helpful. Drink plenty of water and take lots of money for tips….and your credits cards to buy things. Whatever you buy ship home and save the suitcase arguments with your partner. Cario to Luxor flight 1hr – met by Ibrahim (Luxor- Aswan Cruise) and be ready to start immediately with your days tour after getting off the plane before ending up at the Nile cruise boat.. The ancient history and construction history was certainly amazing. Again Ibrahim was like George a walking encyclopedia, and the ten days allocated was certainly not long enough. Pace yourselves and rest along the way. Watch the heat. Cruise Accommodation, Food and Beverages along with the staff were of a very high standard. Flight to Cairo from Aswan 1.5 hrs.. Met by Michael and chauffeured back to our hotel.. We stayed extra days in Cairo before heading to the airport with Michael for our trip back to Australia. The Egypt trip was always on my bucket list..and can now be safely put to bed. The Tour team across the board were very professional and certainly gets my thanks for a job well done and my recommendations.

  Wow what a trip! I had such an amazing time and got to see all the main attractions! The tour guide were amazing especially Mansour in who showed us around Luxor and Aswan. I highly recommend this tour.

  This tour covered most sites to see in Egypt. It did not include entry fees or tipping. The boat tour down the Nile was good - the meals were amazing but the room was a bit dark and they gave couples single beds and single supplements double beds. When the boat was parked you had no view as you were tied to another boat with it loud motor running all night. Overall value for money. The organisation too and from the Airports was excellent. The meals at the hotel were good.

  For the most part I plan my own tours. Thank goodness I didn't do that for Egypt. Tourradar's Vacations to Go Tours was fantastic! They made Egypt an incredible experience! Egypt is overwhelming and I definitely could not have been able to do it on my own. The 10 day Egypt experience was perfect! Michael met my wife and I at the airport and helped us navigate the most confusing airport we've ever experienced. Our hotel was fantastic and Max led us the following day on a amazing tour of the pyramids, an authentic lunch and the stepped pyramid. They escorted us the next day through (not just to) the airport for the flight to Luxor. The incredible guide, Mansour accompanied us for the five days on an amazing Nile cruise on the MS Amwaj. I definitely recommend this part because we only unpacked once for the 5 days. Mansour immediately felt like a familiar friend who kept us safe and made all the correct suggestions for a once in a lifetime trip. Mansour has an open invitation to our home! The Karnack Light show and Hotair Balloon sunrise were definite worth the additional price. The food on the cruise was better than the Royal Caribbean, Oasis of the Seas food from the transatlantic cruise we had just taken! Everything was better than I dreamt especially the fallucah cruise at sunset in Luxor. We flew back to Cairo and finished with the incredible Museum tours with Max. Again, Michael navigated us through the hectic Cairo airport. My wife had some migraine issues during the trip, but Mansour, Max, and Micheal were very attentive and helped her to relax and enjoy the trip. Be sure and bring cash for tips just in case your ATM card doesn't work. (Thank you for your help with that Michael) because you will want to show your appreciation for this wonderful team. Thank you all for making it an amazing experience I have dreamed of almost my entire 61 years!
