  I participated in the early June Venice, Florence, and Rome tour. Everything went as planned. Our tour guide was Milena and she was simply outstanding in leading our group. All of my requests for pre/post hotels, airport transfers. and extra group activities were well organized and provided exactly as promised. I highly recommend this Meet and Greet Italy tour.

  I just returned from a great week in Venice, Florence, Sienna and Rome with the great Melenia as my tour guide. Melenia was very knowledgeable about the areas we were visiting and very organized with getting all of us from city to city which proved to be a difficult task at times due to people wandering when she needed us to stay together. I could not have asked for a better tour guide!

  Like the rating indicates … the overall experience was okay. Nothing special. Was disappointed that the 7 day tour was a part of a longer tour. The groups didn’t really mesh. And the fact that tour members booked through 5 or so different travel agencies … each with group had different perks.

  Ourfearless tourleader Annamaria did an outstanding job. She gave us 110% at all times and rolled with the punches from train derailments to explaining to our group the optimal way to get 10 pounds of touring in a five pound bag and while still keeping everybody happy. Annamarias' experience combined with her local touring associates in Venice , Florence, Sienna and Rome gave us as much depth of information, history, and local flavor as possible within our alloted schedule. The best thing about the walking tour is the waistline didn't take a hit in spite of the occassions of overindulgence. Great folks Great memories Phil & Sue from The Mitten

  The guide, Constantino, was good. He was always willing to try and help those of us on the tour when we wanted to make reservations for tours or had issues. I would give 3 stars to the tour otherwise. I was not happy that we were not provided a more detailed itinerary of exactly what we would see and when. I know some of the others on the tour were frustrated by this as well. Because there was not clarity, I found I had to scramble and make extra arrangements, which cost money I was not expecting to spend! I did not know, for example, that the statue of Michaelangelo's David was in a location not included in the tour. When I asked Constantino, he advised me that an English-language tour was not available in the time frame we had. In Rome, I booked a Colosseum tour (extra), but because the Vatican tour ran behind schedule (and the guide was in a big rush), I was unable to visit St. Peter's Basilica.

  Our tour guide was marvelous. He repeatedly went out of his way to make sure our trip was as flawless as he could make it. When we needed help arranging items, he took charge to ensure that we got the help we needed. He was knowledgable and considerate and dedicated to making sure our vacation trip was everything we wanted. I can't say enough good things abouit him and about the trip in general.. We were fortunate to have selected the tour. Thanks to everyone involved in putting it together.

  Before we left there was some concern our trip was not going to happen. But we had Valentina and her partner that made everything work out. They actually made our trip more special because of the issue. It was well organized all activities included went without issue. Favourite excursion was day trip to Sienna/Pisa/vineyard and favourite city by far Venice! Recommend extra days in Venice and Rome. I would book through Tour Radar again.

  We had a fantastic experience with Riccardo and I want to compliment him on a job very well done! Riccardo was patient and understanding and was always ready to assist with whatever needs we had. Thanks Riccardo, and whenever I want to do Italy again, you will be our first choice as a guide.
