Our tour leader Pen went above and beyond to make sure everyone knew the plans and even helped those who didn’t want to do that days activity with alternative activities. I felt like I didn’t have to think at all as everything was planned for and sorted out by Pen meaning we could just enjoy the experience with no stress.
