  Great trip! Had a great group of people, went to amazing places and had a great group leader! Meg got involved with everything and had great knowledge of the areas. Nothing went wrong would highly recommend!

  As the motto of Intro Travel says: “It’s a group thing.” This sense of community made our Sri Lanka trip truly special. We’re a group of four Germans in our twenties, already seasoned travelers with Intro, having previously explored Thailand and Bali. This November, after a long wait due to Covid, it was finally time for the Sri Lanka tour—and, like the trips before, it was an unforgettable experience! I’d recommend it to anyone (as long as you’re not a jerk), because this journey thrives on the fantastic group atmosphere. Even though our group came from three different countries and ranged in age from 18 to 35, there was an instant, unique vibe. Everyone had a fantastic time, and it quickly became clear that this group concept works—everyone was immediately welcomed and had fun together. Our guide, Meg, deserves a special mention! Rarely have we met someone as dedicated and considerate. We could always feel that the well-being of the group was her top priority. For instance, although she is a smoker, she was always careful to be considerate of the non-smokers in the group—a rare and thoughtful gesture that made a big impression on us. Meg has a deep love for Sri Lanka and actively supports the local population, even donating from her own pocket. Her selflessness and positive example were truly inspiring. To sum it up, Meg’s only “weakness,” if you could call it that, is that she’s a South Englishwoman with zero interest in football—a quirk that brought a few laughs to the group. Otherwise, I could list a hundred more positive qualities, but that would make this review too long. Bottom Line: This tour is a must! And if you’re lucky enough to be guided by a friendly, small, red-haired South Englishwoman named Meg, then you’re in for an unparalleled adventure.   Intro are a fantastic company to travel with, they make everything so easy from start to end. The tour was very well organised, we hit all the popular spots in Sri Lanka that were on the bucket list! Having our own private bus (with the sweetest driver!) made the trip even nicer, as we didn't need to take public transport with all our things. Our group leader, Meg, was the loveliest lady and made the trip as good as it was - she was super knowledgeable about Sri Lanka, ensured everyone was living their best life's and she was the ultimate insta boyfriend when it came to taking photos! I would 100% recommend the trip.

  The trip was really well organised, we hit all the popular spots in Sri Lanka that I wished to visit! Having a bus driver to take us around was a fantastic way to see the country! Our intro tour leader Meg was super and was really knowledgable about the Sri Lankan culture which made the trip even more enjoyable! Would 100% recommend this intro trip!

  A very well organised trip and itinerary to see all the highlights of Sri Lanka. Meg was an incredible guide that made the trip so much fun, but also ensured all group members felt safe and included at all times. She went above and beyond for us all and I couldn't be more grateful to have had her on my tour! I was especially touched by her efforts to celebrate my birthday while away, despite my trying to keep it quiet. Meg is such a gem and a beautiful person, and is the biggest asset to Intro Travel!

  Meg was amazing, I couldn’t have asked for a better leader, after having. Not so great experience with a previous leader I was definitely apprehensive but I am soooo glad I did, from before I had even landed she was there to help with anything. Nothing was too big or too small of an ask, she was super knowledgeable and engaged at all times, I felt soo safe and this trip wouldn’t have been so amazing without her!

  The trip was amazing, groupleader Emma did a very good job, she makes sure that everybody has a wonderful time and everybody was happy. Love love loved every second of it. 10/10 would recommend this summer holiday 🐘.

  I’ve used other tour providers in the past, and this trip has surpassed them all! I was so impressed with the high standard of organisation, variety of activities, and our tour leader was just the best! I booked onto the Sri Lanka tour. We had our own air conditioned coach/bus with dedicated drivers that came with us throughout the entire trip. At each hotel, our tour leader completed an inspection of our rooms, and was always on hand for any worries/issues/hopes/dreams we had. Communication throughout couldn’t be faulted, and the group sizes are excellent (we had 10 on our group). I feel like I’ve truly seen Sri Lanka now, but also had the time to relax with enough free time. I’ve already put a deposit down for two more trips with Intro Travel, and I doubt I will use anyone else moving forward - highly recommend!
