Lucky that it was just full moon. A wildlife safari with many wild animals like antelope,deer,krodil, elephants and a black bear. Also many birds. Tea plantations and factory where tea is produced. Huifkartour with an OS and then catamaran and cooking with a local. Beautiful views. Every day a different hotel, from chic to good. The food was good everywhere. Udara was our guide/driver. We could not have wished for a better one. A good driver and very neat on the car. Udara is very knowledgeable about Sri Lanka and knows how to convey that well. We sometimes had heavy rain showers so the program had to be changed. Udara arranged all that fantastically. In short, with Udara we had a wonderful trip. - DDaniellaDenaroni· October 24th, 2021It was so wonderful to be met by the driver at the airport. Our driver Buddhika happily greeted us with a big smile on his face. He helped us with currency, luggage and had lots of bottled water for us in the van. As we had never been to Sri Lanka before, it was very reassuring to be with a local who knew his way around and could quickly get us on the road towards our first destination without any hassles at all. Buddhika was so kind, thoughtful and a very safe & calm driver. I can't express that enough. His driving skills were flawless. We spent 8 days exploring this incredible country and Buddhika showed us many beautiful places by going beyond our itinerary. If you plan to visit, give yourself 2 weeks minimum. We travelled to Hotel Kandalama from Colombo (Sigiriya Fortress & Dambulla Cave temples), onwards up to the hill country Tea Plantations and into the countryside for Yala National Park and then a few relaxing days in Mirissa beach. We simply cannot wait to go back to Sri Lanka and hire the services of this company again.
