- AKim· June 2nd, 2023The highlight was definitely summit day. It took 9 hours (the itinerary suggested 6!), but some of the group found the steep and rough terrain difficult. There was old compacted snow that we had to cross over steep ground and a lot of scree. I think that the guides were amazing that day and, despite lots of slips and falls, they ensured that everyone got down safely. When the going got tough, everyone in the group helped each other.
