paul· March 31st, 20240 stars, I would not book a tour with Holidays AT again. Holidays AT tours was to provide 3 to 5 star hotel accommodations and they did for 9 days. But the 10th and final night was not even a 1 star hotel - malfunctioning A/C, filthy room, cig burns in fabric, no hot water, sketchy wifi, almost non existent service in the hotel restaurant and a badly outdated building. Holidays AT tour company is unreliable. The operator failed to provide and perform as promised. And from the beginning when I first booked my tour, the representative Amit was slow to answer questions I had about the tour, if at all. This should have been a red flag. If there had been a real problem - accident, illness, etc, would he have responded? Fortunately, I didnt have to find out. Tourradar also failed by not more carefully qualifying this tour operator. I'm reluctant to use Tourradar again for future trips.Show more
