  If I could rate 0 star I would PLEASE READ. We took the reindeer ride thinking it would be to a reindeer farm as this is what was sold to us! where we could feed the reindeer’s pet etc how wrong was we! We got picked up in the morning from our hotel which was fine,that was ok. We arrived at Santa Clauses village and got took to a 2 minute ride on the reindeer that was literally the experience it cost 360 euros for that experience! To add insult to the injury we seen the prices on the board it was only €25 per person for the ride children were less. we stayed at Santas village and got a taxi back which cost about 35 euros, but there is a bus you can catch from rovaniemi city centre number 8 bus which is cheaper, I understand they have got to make money but come on….. feel ripped off and yes we did decide to stay at Santa Clauses village.

  Thank you all at NUT for your excellent service, with special commendation to Tangwei for his outstanding help, responsiveness and friendliness in organising and maximising our itinerary patiently and efficiently to make our postponed trip from 2020 not only possible but a most enjoyable and memorable one. He also went out of his way to help us resolve issues such as with our last minute alternative flight n hotel bookings following the rail strike. We also appreciated your friendly guides especially Chris of Greece. An area of improvement would be for guides to have basic knowledge and information to share about the history, background or features of the places visited. Also accommodation with lifts (Hotel Aarkenus did not have any but was otherwise ok) would be helpful for older guests and those with heavy luggage. All said, we are impressed with NUT's integrity and reliability and will not hesitate to recommend to others!

  This trip was amazing. It was only partially guided, we were picked up for all our outings and sometimes it was just my friend and I or it might be with fifty other people. The operator was really great overall, they made all our outings enjoyable. I highly recommend Finland and Lapland as a tour destination for anyone.

  Nordic Unique was great. Disappointed with communication from Tour Radar. I feel as though I was left to fend for my self. The day yours were great. Hotel accommodation were great. Tour guide in Helsinki was awesome. But again, was told by Your radar to "store luggage before walking tour". No information about where to store, got an email a day later to see if I had figured out where to store it. Train to Rovamanie was a local train. I would have paid more to take a train that didn't make stops all night long.
