Right from customer service pre booking, ease of booking, the incredible tour guide Ada to the amazing itinerary and accommodation. We had a good mix of city activities and exploring, as well as some time for relaxation and sunsets on the beaches and Gili Islands! Plenty of time spent with the group for fun meals and activities as well as time for us to spend as we please. Great to be shown the best spots around and aging the tour guide meant we didn’t need to worry about transport or anything. I would 100% recommend! Andy, you were fantastic! You were helpful and knowledgeable about everything we did and always ready to offer advice and gave us tips when we needed them I loved that you took loads of photos and kept the group morale up and gave us options of activities and places to eat. 5 stars!
