She managed all of our transport arrangements effortlessly. - AKyle O· September 18th, 2019Our guide, while incredibly kind-hearted and helpful, came off as inexperienced and a bit disorganized.He was a bit passive, and as a result some of the members on the tour took advantage of him to the detriment of the rest of the group.People were late, complained a lot, and were not in good enough physical condition to complete activities that were listed in the itinerary, which resulted in some things being omitted or shortened, which was incredibly disappointing.I've been on numerous tours with numerous companies, and I understand accommodating other members of the group is a necessary element of group travel, but some of the people on the trip were so badly behaved/rude/disrespectful that it greatly lowered my opinion of the trip.The guide was unwilling to challenge them on their behavior, and as a result, we all suffered.Show moreTrip date: March 2019
