They were always available and nothing was too much trouble. Very responsive which made customer experience with them memorable. The transport and accommodation in Laos and Cambodia were good. Accommodation in Hanoi was wanting. Halong Bay overnight cruise compensated for the poor hotel in Hanoi. Transportation was commendable. All in all, great itinerary.
