Our sales manager, Hannah Phi, was easily reachable prior to, and throughout our tour with any questions we had. The hotel in Chau Doc was a beautiful setting, although the boat ride from Chau Doc to Phnom Penh was a bit long and cramped. The bus ride from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap was also lengthy but very comfortable. All our local tour guides were all very knowledgeable and accommodating.Show more

This is probably because me and my wife are the only two tourists and it's like a customized private tour. We loved it. Best of all, the paid the same as I would have paid for big North American tour company with 40 other tourists coming out from US or Canada. I did take a big leap of faith to book with a tour company from Vietnam (We are Canadian) but all they asked for is payment for the air fare upfront. The tour company rep met us at our hotel in Vietnam and we paid the balance. I am a very picky person when it comes to travel and I have not found any fault with this company. They worked with me to design the itinerary and everything was included. We had wonderful private tour guides, hikes in Sapa during the wonderful Tet celebration, overnight in Halong Bay and visited the other great cities of Viet Nam. It made our travel so fun and worry free. Cambodia was equally perfect with fabulous tour guides and visits to Angkor wat and the other great temples and markets.
