All the sights and sounds that Egypt has filled our senses with wonder and awe. I love Egypt! Perhaps our best day was a trip to Fayoum! Fabulous! In contrast to the splendors of Cairo, Fayoum was serene and peaceful. We saw the beauty and power of nature. The Valley of the Whales is a must see!Show more

He shared his knowledge along the way and on our last day took us on a 4WD trip to the white desert where we spent time at the waterfall and magic lake and we had an amazing lunch. The cairo hotel was in a boring location, but very cozy with nice hosts, a yummy breakfast, and a view of the pyramids. Visiting the pyramids and cairo museum was surreal, and im grateful the tour allowed adequate time to enjoy these sites. Peter and other guides Ashraf and Dosa were very friendly and well-informed. The hotel was not in the city center but close to the Giza Pyramids. They arranged the breakfast according to our taste.
