Everything that was within Say's control was on time, the hotels were great and the itinerary/timetable was planned out really well! It was really great to have you constantly in contact with me to make sure the trip is going well, I think this makes a huge difference from other agencies. Everything was well arranged and on time. Having Patty as a contact point helps a lot which makes the difference. My favorite excursions have been to the Salar de Uyuni. The guides, they were all quite good and knowledgeable. Everything was very well organized for me. My own personal regret is not enough time in Buenos Aires. As you can see from my feedback, I really do not have complaints.
