Zhen· December 27th, 2024We didn’t do a lot of research before the trip hence we booked our tour online. Turns out this is the right move, we were in 3 countries in 11 days and definitely saw the highlight of SE Asia for the first time. The organization was superb. We had people picking us up at every airport holding signs, and they patiently waited for us when one of the flights was delayed. The hotels were all excellent too. We did have daily activities until we get to Phuket. But we also had a little free time on travel days here and there to do some shopping / massages on our own. I would say if it’s your first time, remember not to overpack. You can get pretty much everything you need here inexpensively. Also another advice is to use this trip as an introduction to see what you’d like to do in your next trips. The breathtaking views of Ha Long Bay and Tam Coc also left a lasting impression on me. But what I remember most is the experience of cooking with Mrs. Chin in Moc Village Ba Vi. - RGRaquel· June 13th, 2024I took my family of five on this trip and we all enjoyed ourselves immensely. Using Realistic Asia took out all of the guesswork. We just had to show up in the lobby of our accommodation at the right time and away we went on our adventures. The only times we were actually with another group were to Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay. This was a good way for our kids to get exposure to even more cultures and amazing people. Our guides were fantastic in each location. They did a wonderful job explaining historic and cultural information. Day 2 with BaVi Eco Tour was probably the most special. Trung, Mrs. Chin, and Duoc were so accommodating, and this set the mood for the rest of the trip. Ninh Binh is a bit touristy, but it’s well worth the visit. Ha Long Bay was my personal favorite and one night out there wasn’t enough for me. It is enchanting! Huy is hilarious and we loved hanging out with him. Cambodia went by too fast. Pin was a wonderful guide who has some awesome photography tricks up his sleeve. The temples are breathtaking and we already want to go back! Thailand was the relaxation we needed after all the other adventures. We did choose to stay in an accommodation I picked instead because I wanted to be directly on the beach. Dej made sure we got where we needed to be when we needed to be there. Though we didn’t get as much time with him, he, too, was fantastic. (And our driver. I feel terrible for forgetting his name.) The internal flights were seamless. We did have to connect in Bangkok but that wasn’t a big deal. Overall, we’d certainly book through Tour Radar again and Realistic Asia. Highly recommend this tour in particular. - CFCaroline· January 8th, 2024My trip was incredible. My only negative point was that I thought I was joining a group tour from start to end which wasn’t the case. It seems that tour radar are just a platform that use smaller tours and slot them together to save you time reaching out and organising yourself. However they were 100% on their organisation. I did 7 flights within my 2 weeks and at every point there was someone there waiting for me with a card showing my name. I was collected promptly for every trip and every transfer. The hotels were lovely even at only 3 star standard and all in fantastic locations. I met some great people along the way even though I was only with them for single days. The countries, countryside and culture - all amazing. The tour guides were helpful and knowledgeable although being on your own with one guide all day can get a bit heavy which was the case in one of my days in Cambodia.
