Hee K· April 28th, 2023Breakfast at the hotel was really nice but the room could be bigger. Staffing was nice. The guide on first day was nice but she should have timed out for later one which we didn't have enough time. 2nd day to Princess island was a joke. No horse carriage and the guide took everyone from the boat in one group and they were not coordinated right. We didn't know what he was doing all crowded and didn't guide us. Even getting back to the hotel was a chaos since everyone was waiting for the ride but we weren't told which bus. They need to get a better guide for sure. Also it took us forever to get back from the boat. They just delayed as long as they could so they could sell drinks and food.Show more

The hotel was excatly cave hotel ( Ascension ). Breakfast was just amazing in the hotel.
