And only one tour to see the gibbons which we found interesting the rest of time on own no proper detailed itinerary was provided even though I asked for it several times. Out of 3 guides I rate Mona first, and Wynn second. There wasn't a third guide only a driver we felt somewhat cheated. Very poorly organized.Show more

My first suggestion when dealing with Americans is not to bombard them with questions when they haven’t had enough time to process the cultural differences. You are more likely to get a more positive response if you allow the client to re-aclamate a few days, adjust to time difference and lack of sleep. Remember, they went to your county in search of calm and peace. It combines some days in the capital, Hanoi, with relaxing countryside, cruise and plenty of leisure time on the beaches well as in-depth insight into the history and culture of the country. It's unbelievable that all this is packed in mere 8 days. Throughout the journey we always felt secure and well looked after, all the departure times etc. were known in advance, the guides were knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and the hosts were just incredible! On the day when we were scheduled to go to Co To Island there were no boats due to rough weather conditions, and Realistic Asia (Sviet Travel) acted promptly, allocating us to a hotel, arranging all the transfers etc. within a mere half hour! We are really impressed. It's our first experience is Vietnam, and by no means the last one.
