We were picked up by Thom at the hotel and he did a great job and he is a very safe driver. On the Panorama Route he explained all the sights and we were impressed by his appearance. Thom was absolutely amazing, he turned up to the airport on time and was friendly, chatty, taught us some of the local language, made sure we were comfortable...we couldn't fault him! He always met up with us every morning and evening to make sure we were okay at the accommodation and to tell us the upcoming plans, was on hand to help us get anything we needed (he took us to the supermarket for water and supplies!) and we just had a fab experience. Safari was so cool, all the staff on both safari and at the lodge were brilliant they were so kind and really keen to make sure we had the best time. thank you so much!Show more
