From the start when I booked the tour, Karem reached out to me and kept me updated of all the details of the tour, flights, changes in schedules and availability of services due to the pandemic/ local lockdowns. The agents meeting me at each location were not only on time, but courteous and the guides were knowledgeable and willing to adapt the tour to my needs and wishes. I can’t wait to go back to Turkey and visit new areas in non - pandemic times. I would definitely use this company again.Show more

Tour guides were really good. Very informative. Had private tours on most days due to Covid-19 and private car transfers. Had a few issues but Tour Altinkum sorted it out and provided feedback on the issue.
