Bit disappointing that the "tour" company left so much to the client such as:(1). Having to buy your own tickets to parks online (difficult in Spanish); (2). Finding your own way from bus station /airport to hotel and back.(3). Day 5 - Bus from Puerto Natalaes to Punta Arenas to fly home - obviously via Santiago - when we could have flown from Puerto Natales directly to Santiago; waste of time and an extra flying expense. (4).When Aereolineas Argentina went on strike on 30 October, I could not get to El Calafate and so I missed the trip to Perito Moreno glacier and 1 night in hotel (Rincon). Tour company promisrd refund for cost of tour to glacier and 50% of hotel cost - NZD 134 refund was made. My calculations indicate that this "refund" a bit on the shy side. (5). The tour was not actually a tour as such with a group of fellow travellers - rather "tour" company is more like a "booking service" that clips the ticket big time. Will not likely recommend this tour company, but communication was good.
