  I would rate my tour between Okay and Good. My guide and driver were excellent! I just thought the itinerary was not good. One for example, the stop at the Star Wars motel. That should not be considered an attraction, to look over a hotel that took all of 10 minutes.But possibly just a stop. Another example would be, being charged extra,$130 to drive in the desert sand in the SAME vehicle that we were using the whole tour. Explanation of this was, the excursion company couldn’t be used that is usually offered this. Totally didn’t make any sense. I was not aware of this ahead of time, had I known of this I would not have gone because of the expense. The hotel accommodations were all large hotels with buffets for the included meals. My guide was very knowledgeable about Tunisa and its history and made for a pleasant experience.

  Good tour covering key attractions in Tunisia. Could have been excellent if Tatouine (Yes, it is a real place in Tunisia and inspired George Lucas to use that name in Star Wars!) were included in the itinerary as it has very unique buildings (warehouses) that warrant a visit. There are gaps in the program especially the first day that could accommodate this attraction with some juggling.

  Ali is a very safe driver. But he is also very amazing and very expert to organize everything for the satisfaction of the customer. Me and him we spoke everyday about the itinerary and he did his best to arrange everything. Particularly about the visit of the museum of the Sousse that it was scheduled on monday 1st may. But this wonderful museum (the second most important in Tunisie after the Bardo museum) is closed every monday. For that we moved very early from Douz to included the visit of the archeological museum in Sousse on sunday afternoon before the last entrance. During the itinerary we added also other short visits in Nefta, ecc. In term of Mohamed, the tour guide, he is enough expert.

  Ali is a very safe driver, we has a smooth ride. In term of Mohamed, my tour guide, his English is impeccable. He has a great knowledge of Tunisian histories, the country landscapes and the diverse cultures of each ethnic groups. In my short trip, I gain tremendous of knowledge. In addition, he makes sure our accommodations are up to my expectations. I fully appreciate him being my tour guide and I highly recommend him for anyone who looking for a guide in Tunisia.

  This is a first for me, but unfortunately I cannot recommend this tour. The tour started off poorly as there was no airport pick-up as was advertised; we were not on the lists of any tour or transport companies, nor were we provided with a finalised itinerary which included our hotel names or any contact details for our guide or operator. We also made attempts to contact the operator ourselves, without success (although it should be noted that our arrival time was outside of regular business hours). We did speak to the airport information desk and then another tour rep, who was able to contact someone from our company and told us our guide would be there in about 15 minutes... Anyway a bit over an hour later we were put onto a bus with a different company who were going to the same city and was going to drop us off at our hotel. I understand that it can be difficult with multiple flights coming in to have a guide or driver available for everyone, but we ended up being the only people on the tour. We were welcomed into the hotel with a "you're late" from our guide. Our guide being the main reason for this poor review, the man clearly did not want to be there. It was a surprising new style of tour where your guide doesn't want to speak to you... I mean he only asked our names in the afternoon of the second day, and after our driver asked him (I get that this can be difficult in a large group, but then again there was only two of us). I could complain further but I won't do it here. For the positives: the itinerary itself seems solid, our driver Ali was incredible (seemed far more willing to chat, even between his limited English and my very limited French), and the accommodation was all very comfortable. We would recommend the additional options of the 4×4, quad bike and camel ride. It is a shame, and given the good reviews for the tour and operator I certainly hope we were an unlucky one off experience. Please feel free to contact me if you would like more details.

  Tour covered several cities and towns. It was an excellent way to see Tunisia for 5 days. Our guide spoke English well and offered rich historical facts. I loved every day with our guide and the itinerary was perfectly designed. There were some problems and poor performances. Our guide was late on the first day of touring. Day one should have began at 12 noon, we should have had a tour of Tunis on day one. I contacted TourRadar weeks in advance of our arrival to say we were arriving a day earlier and that we wanted to maximize our first day of touring. TourRadar assured me that our guide would meet us in Tunis at noon on day one and provide a tour. However, a driver appeared at out hotel in the center if Tunis, driver spoke no English and we got in the 10 passenger van. The van was dusty and smelled of cigarette smoke. The van was not clean and dirt and dust remained in the interior for all five days. On day one, the driver drove us to another city and dropped us off at the hotel. TourRadar did not explain anything to us. I contacted TourRadar to complain and they seemed clueless why our tour and guide did not show up for the day one tour as described in the itinerary. The guide was supposed to arrive at the first hotel at 4pm on day one, but arrived an hour late and said he was waiting for us. I was in the lobby at 4pm exactly and no one called my room, where my partner waited for an hour for s call.
