- KMKento· November 3rd, 2024We just finished our Summit to Kilimanjaro. Kudos to Almighty Kilimanjaro. They had an amazing team led by John. Innocent is a great leader and his team did a great job of assessing our group and getting us to the top. Thank you for all your knowledge and expertise in assisting us to accomplish our trek to the "rooftop of Africa" I would recommend Almighty Kilimanjaro to anyone wanting to complete the trek.Show moreTrip date: October 2024

- SBShana· October 14th, 2024I have recently come back from Tanzania, having just completed a 6 day trek up Mt. Kilimanjaro with Almighty Kilimanjaro company, Our mountain guides were Muntary , Swalehe, Ronald and Abdi , along with a fantastic crew of cooks, waiters and porters, who all help make it one of the best experiences of my life. I can not speak highly enough, of the professionalism that all of Almighty Kilimanjaro staff showed towards myself and other members of our party, our guides knew what to do, and when to do it….. A big thank you goes out to Muntary, who successfully managed to get us all to the top of Kilimanjaro, even when times were tough…. Therefore I would highly recommend Almighty kilimanjaro, if you are thinking of embarking on a truly inspiring adventure…..Show moreTrip date: October 2024
- CConstantin· September 11th, 2024My wife and I chose Almighty Kili to climb Kilimanjaro on the Machame route for 6 days. The guides, porters and chef were very friendly and helpful during the trip. We appreciated the support of Joseph (main guide) and Muneer (support guide) during the summit attempt on the 5th day. Reaching the peak translated in a lot of joy and happiness. The view at the sunrise is unique and the experience is one of a kind. During the trip we slept in a tent that was big enough for the both of us for eating and sleeping. The food was provided by the tour operator and had good variety. Hot water was always provided before the meals. Here is a list of some things that we brought and found pretty useful during the trip: 1- cleaning/wet wipes (no shower for the entire climbing trip). 2- talc to keep our feet dry overnight. 3- packable jackets (light weight and non-voluminous at all). PS: if you're not comfortable with using public toilets (simple hole without water), you could consider renting a portable toilet. In our opinion the price we paid for the trip was fair and included the airport transfer and B&B stay before and after the trip.Show moreTrip date: September 2024
- SWSam· July 19th, 2024Amazing experience! I can’t recommend Almighty Kilimanjaro enough if you’re looking to book your Kilimanjaro trek. We chose to do the 6 day Machame route and felt like the tempo and workload was very manageable (we are both 23 and fairly fit). We loved that each day was different in terms of scenery, terrain and views. Our personal favourites were day 2 where we got amazing views of Mount Meru in the distance throughout the day and an epic sunset over the peak at night and obviously the sunrise views from the summit on day 5. The team at Almighty Kilimanjaro really make the trip amazing though! Our group leader, Innocent, was an excellent motivator and genuinely a great guy to be around. He made us all feel very safe throughout the trek and on nights 2,3 and 4 we got our oxygen levels and heart rates checked by him and also a check list on other potential symptoms of altitude sickness. Freddie was our second guide who was also very friendly, helpful and caring. These two were very professional and good at their jobs. We would like to mention Simon who seemed to be a Jack-of-all-trades. Throughout the trek he began as a porter, before helping the chef in the evenings. Once our group spilt into the people doing 6 days and the others 7 days, Simon became a guide alongside Innocent for the final push to the summit. Without both of their positive attitudes and help on the last push, I’m not convinced we would have made it! On the last evening Simon helped manage the camp and served us our meals etc too. He was an amazing guy. We’d also like to mention the chef, Emmanuel and sever Yusto. The food was very impressive each day considering the circumstances and the equipment they had to work with. We had lovely hot meals every day. With Yusto’s impeccable professionalism, politeness and helpfulness he could work in a 5 star restaurant in the UK, we really felt like we were treated like royalty! Lastly, we can’t forget about the amazing porters, the graft they put in is nothing short of incredible! The speed they ascend and descend to ensure we got good spots at the campsite was admirable and they were all so friendly too. We can’t recommend this trip and company enough. Many companies who do this trip are owned by people from the other side of the world. However, Almighty Kilimanjaro is owned and managed by Tanzanians.Show moreTrip date: July 2024

- AJosh Pollett· June 23rd, 2024Incredible adventure, the hike is difficult but rewarding however the guide Amiri and his porters and chef really made the experience. They went above and beyond to assist me with my ascent, I would get 3-4 course meals, fresh water, bowls of water for washing and tea or coffee for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also the hotel which you stay at before and after the hike is of very high quality probably one of the best in the area.Show moreTrip date: June 2024
- APAdam· June 22nd, 2024Amazing experience. Guides and porters go above and beyond to help as much as possible on the trip. Our head guide Benny ensured that the group was always clear on what we needed to do next. There was always plenty of food, and was much nicer than expected. Porters/guides assisting during the day treks were very friendly, and made the trek much more enjoyable. Overall, highly recommend Almighty Kilimanjaro.Show moreTrip date: June 2024

- MHMerry· May 6th, 2024A truly amazing experience I will cherish for life. When reading reviews about Almighty Kilimanjaro, I thought “wow, can it really be THAT great?”. And what I learned is that the reviews do not do it justice. It’s BETTER than 5 stars. The guides (Robert,Justice,Ima,Roden), assistant guides, and porters are some of the greatest humans I’ve ever met- genuine, caring, hardworking, full of joy, positive, AMAZING people. There is no better company to hike Kili with.Show moreTrip date: April 2024
