  I booked with Almighty Kilimanjaro directly, and they were amazing from the get go- good communication, I arrived at the airport and they picked me up to take me to the hotel for the briefing and checking I have all my equipments and if not I could rent some stuff. My guides Dismas & Amari were honestly the best enthusiastic guides ever!! I spent 7 days with them, and with every trek they were smiling, patient & welcoming on each day. Very knowledgeable too, learnt a lot about flowers, birds, the history of Kilimanjaro mountain. On summit day I struggled the first hour and Dismas the lead guide was fantastic, I stopped about 11 times and he was very patient, encouraging and was with me every step of the way, and due to the this I managed to reach the summit and made it back safely. Definitely would recommend this company, fair price & excellent service. My thanks to all the porters, guides & drivers who helped make this experience the best one ever!!!!

  I had the best week with John and his crew this week climbing mt Kilimanjaro. Without the whole team, it wouldn’t have been possible. They were all very friendly and so caring. Always giving you what you need, lots of food, water, hot water for washing, hot water for tea coffee etc. they really are the best team I could’ve asked for, especially doing it solo. The summit climb is an incredibly challenging experience and John made this very do able for me I cannot thank him enough. The food they cook you is amazing, even on a mountain he can make top food, even for a picky eater! The porters make such an effort in getting your tent and gear to the next camp asap even though they must’ve been knackered so I cannot thank them enough. Again, thank you guys so much for helping me achieve this goal.

  2 gals successful summit to the top of Kilimanjaro in 6 days had planned 7 round trip ! This wouldn’t have been possible without the excellent advices and support of almighty Kilimanjaro team Frankie and swalehe! Our crew were absolutely brilliant we felt so well looked after they couldn’t have done enough for us. Musa gave us our morning wake up and every morning he came with a smile and with that we always knew it was going to be a great day no matter what the challenge was! A great experience all round! Summit night we had an extra team member omali walk with us and he was just the best addition to get us through the final push but a massive thanks to you all ! It was a team effort! I could write all day about this experience but it’s best to just see for yourselves how amazing they are !

Climbing Kilimanjaro is undoubtedly a challenge, but the team is both attentive and flexible, helping to make the journey a success.   Completed machame route over 7 days with the best the best Kilimanjaro crew ?. The team were so friendly and helpful with anything we needed or any concerns we had. I ended up getting bad altitude sickness and only for me my tour guide I wouldn't have made it to the top without his knowledge and encouragement. The porters, chef , everyone involved were amazing and just really nice people. Friends made for life. Highly reccomend

  An excellent team of individuals including not only those who accompanied us on the trek (guides, porters, chefs) but also the administrative staff, transport providers and accommodation staff. Almighty Kilimanjaro as a company provided us with an exceptional service. Each member of their team with whom we came in contact, during our 6 day machame route trek, was exceptionally helpful. Their eye for taking care of the small details and ever so positive motivating approach (such as affectionately insisting some of the trekkers to eat something; when those trekkers were too exhausted/ tired/ cold to eat) ensured that we had one of the best trekking experience and all 15 of us (in the age range of 23 y to 72 y) made it to the peak and back with a smile. The climb, tough as it was (other wise why would anyone pay to do it), was a delightful, satisfying and for some, once in a lifetime experience. Thank you to Almighty Kilimanjaro and their director Rashidy, top notch Highly recommend

  A once in a lifetime experience, we will never forget. We came with the intend to climb Mount Kilimanjaro and left with an unforgettable experience that was not only about achieving our goal, but much more about the people who created these memories. Thank you, Joseph, John, Samweli, Daniel, Wendy, Tuma, samweli for carrying everything we needed, setting up the camp and always smiling - you have our utmost respect and we were more than thankful to have you. Thank you, Shabani for cooking the most delicious meals at an altitude of 4000m and above and for always keeping us properly fueled to conquer the mountain.   The most amazing experience with the best crew. Muntari and Swalehe our guides made us feel happy and safe every day. They spoke excellent English and answered all our questions. During the walks we laughed a lot and they took the time to explain different landmarks/plants and their importance. Compared to other guides we felt we developed a strong friendship with ours and they felt like family by the end. Every evening we had a debrief where they checked on how we were feeling with the altitude and in general. They then planned the next day accordingly. Shabani our chef made us a hot 2 course breakfast, lunch and dinner every day with eggs, chicken, beef, fish and lots of veggies. Amani brought us hot tea in bed every morning, helped us clean our clothes after each hike and filled our water bottles up everyday, he was always kind and thoughtful and went the extra mile! Amani really was the best! Our porters apoli, Franco, umari, juicer, moondi, usman always had our backs and a smile on their faces. One day we lost our expensive watch but Umari found it in the tent! On summit day in addition to our guides Amani, apoli and Shabani came with us for support and we successfully summitee in 5hrs! I can’t recommend the crew and Almighty Kilimanjaro enough! Thank you for everything and we will miss you!
