We added an extra day in Athens to see the Acropolis. I highly recommend it. In addition the selectiin of hotels was very good. all have an excellent location. While the tour guides were great, Effie was especially amazing (I can only imagine my look of horror upon realizing my mistake that this was not a group tour I had envisioned), and checked in with me, even after I left Athens, answered questions and shared recommendations. I couldn't have been more grateful! The hotels were lovely and when one the boat tours got cancelled because of the weather, they seamlessly for me into a bus tour instead.
