  We liked the safari, the Narional parks are great and we could discover many animals. It was well organized and the accommodations were also very nice. We had good contact with organizer Bryan in advance. We can not speak English so well and therefore wanted a guide who speaks German, and this was promised to us, but unfortunately he hardly spoke German. Also during the safari our guide was almost only concentrated on his cell phone and not on the tour.   Leider hatte die Reise einen holprigen Start, da ohne Information für 4 der 5 Nächte die Unterkünfte nicht die in der Beschreibung vorgesehenen waren. Da schon die erste Unterkunft deutlich schlechter war als die eigentlich gebuchte, habe ich den Anbieter Bryan kontaktiert und dieser hat sofort reagiert und die Unterkünfte ab der zweiten Nacht kurzfristig umgebucht, so dass "nur" die erste Nacht in einer falschen Unterkunft stattfand. Die restlichen Nächte verbrachte ich dann in den vorgesehenen Lodges, zum Teil mit tollem Ausblick vom Restaurant auf die hoteleigenen Wasserlöcher, was wirklich ein Erlebnis war. Mein Driver/Guide Said war großartig. Alle Game Drives fanden mit ihm statt und er konnte nicht nur Tiere schon aus weitester Entfernung erkennen, sondern hatte durch den im Wagen eingebauten Funk auch Kontakt zu anderen Drivern in den Parks was bei den Game Drives einen absoluten Vorteil bringt. Said war zudem durch seine persönliche Art, seinen Humor, seine Aufmerksamkeit ein perfekter Driver und Guide. Da ich alleine unterwegs war (obwohl eine Gruppenreise gebucht war) leistete er mir netterweise auch zum Frühstück und Abendessen immer Gesellschaft und machte meine Reise trotz dem holprigen Start zu einem unvergesslichen tollen Erlebnis. Bei Interesse an der Reise kann ich nur empfehlen darum zu bitten, Said als Driver/Guide zu bekommen! :-)

  Bought our from US. Tour rader was easy to reach. Tourader staff were responsive in timely manner with excellent customer service. Guide was knowledgeable. Loved the tour overralI. wish we would have spent extra night at Aruba. That would have given us little to rest before the long journey to Tsavo west. Highly recommend tour rader and will definitely use this company for our future travel needs.
