- Day 4 Acclimatization at Namche
- Day 5 Trek from Namche to Deboche (3820m), 6-7 hrs.
- Day 6 Trek from Deboche to Pheriche (4240m), 6-7 hrs.
- Day 7 Acclimatization at Pheriche
