And the organization was perfect: hotels, restaurants and the absolute best, our guide Brenton . We couldn’t get a best guide and person. There was plenty of time to explore the Great Ocean Road sights, spot birds and wildlife, sample local food and wine, and see and hear about some of the local pioneer history. The transport was comfortable (we were grateful for the good air-conditioning) and the food choices included with the tour (breakfast and lunch) were excellent and our guide helped choose the best places for dinner. From the start: Brenton, our guide was professional and informative, keeping the group together and moving us seamlessly through the trip. The transport was modern, comforatbale and spacious (separate trailer for baggage). The overall itinerary with four tour days and three night stops seemed just right to see the Ocean Raod, without overkill, and the stops were well though out and well spaced. - VVicki· September 18th, 2024What a great time we had on this tour of the Great Ocean Road with our wonderful tour guide, Jens. Fortunately for us, but not necessarily for the company, we were only a group of 3 which resulted in a very personal experience with ample time to explore the beautiful Great Ocean Road and Beyond! Jens had selected a number of excellent cafes for our lunches and dinners all of which served the most delicious food showcasing local produce. Day 4 was again another wonderful day of sightseeing through the beautiful South Australian countryside. We enjoyed a fabulous lunch at Bremerton Winery sitting outside enjoying the views with many other patrons. Again I cannot speak more highly of Jens - his professionalism and knowledge of the area and genuine care and concern for the 3 of us was beyond reproach. I highly recommend this small Australian family business and only wish they undertook other tours in South Australia. The itinerary was excellent and covered so many different areas and experiences at a relaxed and unhurried pace, with the perfect balance of time on and off the bus. Jens was a wonderful driver and tour guide - extremely knowledgeable with very interesting commentary along the way, very professional, patient and friendly. We had been concerned about travelling during the recent wild & windy weather, but Jens handled the road and weather conditions superbly and we felt very safe with him.
