Trip date: August 2023 - VCValerie· January 7th, 2023On arrival at Ben Gurion Airport the driver wasn’t there to collect me I was looking for him for 30 minutes I found him at the back of the airport just standing there. Not a great start. Some of the hotels were awful and definitely not 4 stars. On the first day of the tour the tour guide needs to make themselves known to the traveler I didn’t know who my guide was and trying to find the right guide and tour on the first day was a problem. We lost a whole day at the border between Israel & Jordan as we had no guidance or representative on the Israeli side. The guide on the Jordanian side got us through without issues. Overall I enjoyed the tour but thing could be improved greatly.Show moreTrip date: December 2022
- JDjames ray· February 3rd, 2020I was very disappointed by the hotel quality. I had upgraded and they were full of cigarette smoke to the point I had to move at my own expense to a different hotel. The bus in Jordan was was so tiny it was horribly uncomfortable and unsafe for all passengers. Would never use Tourradar again. Once they have your money they are done with you. I could go on and on but suffice it to say, don’t make the same mistake I did. Use another tour agency!!!Show moreTrip date: January 2020
