- MVMARIA· October 13th, 2023An excellent tour of Israel and Jordan - wonderful walk through the Bible. Tour guides, Naomi in Israel, Johnny in Palestine were fantastic as was coach driver Kehfer. And a good guide in Jordan. We were in Jordan just as the Israeli hostilities began and left from Amman instead of returning to Tel Aviv. Would suggest that if these tours ever resume, the option to fly out of Amman is provided instead of returning to Tel Aviv.Show moreTrip date: September 2023
- Heloise· June 16th, 2023Keeping groups to 10-12 Maximum. When in a big group of 25+ made it hard with people not respecting time, when coming to group decisions, took a bit of time having to pick up and drop off which meant at sites certain things felt rushed. Overall long days but understandably needed to see many things and really enjoyable!Show moreTrip date: June 2023
- HRHarriet· January 8th, 2023Guide did not speak good English. We did not get to sail on the Sea of Gallilee We were spread out in 3 hotels so did not get to socialize, celebrate Christmas or New Years and we paid for a new year celebration. Windows on the bus were dirty. Bus driver on the phone often while driving. I’m glad to be home!!!Show moreTrip date: December 2022
- GEORGE· December 2nd, 2022I think the tour should have imposed some measures to those who cough a lot during the trip, encourage people to wear masks. And also for those who travels from Israel crossing border to Jordan , please be reminded do not buy and bring in menorah to Jordan as this will cause you delay and will be confiscated by the authority and I have to pay US$5 for another bus driver to bring the menorah out of Jordan , I literally lost $50, I wish the travel agency or tour guide would have informed us. But overall , the tour guide and bus driver worked very well together and everyone had good time. Our tour guide is very knowledgeable and always trying his best to coordinate some unforeseen circumstances even have to deal with missing guest and picked him up in person. It’s a memorable trip for me for sure . I enjoyed the tour.Show moreTrip date: October 2022
- CDColin· November 2nd, 2022The trip was like two tours rolled into one (three tours for those carrying on to Egypt). The days in Israel were long: I would say that they averaged ten or eleven hours a day to fit in all of the sites we were taken to (one of the reasons I picked this particular tour was the sheer volume of sites). The guide was extremely knowledgeable on the subject. The coach driver deserves a special mention for getting us out of some tight spots and for going out of his way to save us a few metres walking wherever possible. The guide in Jordan had a great sense of humour and gave us free time at each of the locations, which was very much appreciated.Show moreTrip date: October 2022
- BCBijoy· November 26th, 2019Metropolitan Hotel in Tel Aviv allotted a very small and smelly room to us. Grand Court Hotel in Jerusalem was not upto the mark. It offered all members of the group rooms in the lowest floors only. More importantly, the room assigned to us was not properly maintained. There were problems with the sink in the toilet, TV, noisy AC, absence of hangers in the wardrobe etc. The staff were rude. Similarly, the Grand Palace Hotel in Amman was not in good shape. There were problems in the toilet, dirty linen in the bed etc. Only the Leonardo Plaza Hotel in Tiberias and the Nabatean Castle Hotel in Petra were excellent. The bus driver Abid in Israel was not reliable. He kept us waiting at various pick-up points. Our visit to Bethlehem got delayed by more than an hour, because of which we could not see the Church of Nativity properly. We would suggest that the Bethlehem part of the visit should take place early in the morning followed by visits to the Church of John the Baptiste and the Holocaust Museum. All the guides were very well informed and answered our questions except the guide at Bethlehem (Firdous). Overall, the visit was extremely well coordinated by CTO.Show moreTrip date: November 2019
- PTPeter· October 15th, 2019Where to start! After spending 4 days in Tel Aviv in a great Airbnb we started our tour in a low class hotel with a piece of paper saying our guide will be there the next morning. From then we spent too much time visiting churches and reading biblical script. This was not posted anywhere on the itinerary and not what we signed up for. It would have been more enjoyable if our hotels were not 2 stars and, as we found out, we paid the same as others who were in 4 star hotels. We were not given any choices for our accommodations. This also caused 1-1/2 hours dropping off and picking up the groups twice a day. Our guide Eyal in Israel was very knowledgeable however it was so hot it was hard at times to stand in the sunshine. Our bad for booking in September. Jordan was amazing however the border crossing was very long and stressful as they wanted to confiscate a purchase from Israel.Show moreTrip date: September 2019
- DFDaniel· October 1st, 2019We didn’t sign up for religious tour Didn’t appreciate bible reading Not a small tour @ 40 people Annoying with 3 different hotels We were given no choice but wasted 2 hours daily as PUNISHMENT. As we were first picked up & last dropped off. Shame click Shame. Israel guide very knowledgeable Provided audio headsets Thoroughly nice man as was driver who smiled & offered to help at every opportunity. On the other hand Jordan Poor accommodation Lousy Hotel We paid over $AUD 500 per day this was a rip off. Guide poor English My friends My friends My friends ad nauseum He didn’t get group together before starting spiel Missed most of spiel My friends Again wasted hours daily as last dropped off & first picked up. Limsol Hotel Amman worst hole ever Get your act together Click You charged 6 star prices for 3 star. No one from our group stayed at Limsol [comment removed in moderation] hole on last night. Everyone must stay at same hotel We know you ripped us off as we googled hotels re price. Maybe you are one hit wonders We will encourage everyone in our extensive social network to avoid overcharged SMALL GROUP tours from Click rip off merchants You over charge You under provide You fail to deliver Frankly you disappoint. - Daniela· April 22nd, 2019I really enjoyed the Israel part of the tour, Orna the guide and Fuad the driver. She is an amazing guide, always teaching and telling the whole history behind everything. The bus was clean and comfortable. Always on time, and both are very kind the driver and the guide. The hotels I didn’t enjoy that much, some of them were in no good conditions. The Jordanian tour was ok, the van was not so good, it was smelling cigar, and not really clean. As we drove for long hours there, I would expect little more explanation about the history of the country, and cultural background, not only at the stops we’ve made on the visiting points. The guide was friendly and on time, the hotels were ok, clean, but with low maintenance. I enjoyed the experience! Best regards.Show moreTrip date: April 2019
- CSCaroline· April 13th, 2019The tour went to all the places we wanted to go but occasionally we would have liked to spend longer and have some additional free time, especially in Jerusalem. The hotels were ok but too big for our liking and full of tourists, and it took time to travel between hotels picking everyone up. Overall the itinerary was good and our guide was very knowledgeable.Show moreTrip date: March 2019
