The communication from the office was excellent and when we did have a minor issue it was remedied immediately. We took 5 flights on this tour and all our transfers were punctual and well organized. We cannot fault the organization of Bravo Indochina Tours. Most of the local guides were excellent but there were one or two who did not have a good enough grasp of the English language to do a tour in English. The included meals were excellent, and all activities were organized extremely well. We would highly recommend Bravo Indochina Tours and a big shout out to Ha Nguyen who was always there for us. With this trip, you get to see so much and a taste of all 4 countries. It involved Trains, Planes and Automobiles and all were a really high quality as well as the accommodations, they were in perfect locations. Most days, we were the only two people for the guides so had such an in depth knowledge passed on to us and we did feel like royalty being taken around on a very exclusive tour. Every guide and driver was timely, which can be a real worry when you are traveling in a country where you don't speak the language. The hotels were nicer than we anticipated, particularly the Vela Be Hotel in Bangkok. The cruise in HaLong was alot of fun and worth the time it took (we only had 4 days in VietNam). The only part of our trip I wouldn't recommend was the Mekong delta trip. We felt it was took too long to reach the starting destination and lasted too long. - Ssteve· February 1st, 2020We were six friends travelling together. Tien Tran was quick to respond to my initial enquiry. He willingly puts together a package to suit our requests plus so much more. He stayed in regular contact and confirmed by email very quickly the finer details and made all the bookings. We read the reviews on Trip Advisor and decided to trust Bravo Indochina Tours. Our tour, the guides, drivers and the hotels all exceeded our expectations. I have no hesitation in recommending Bravo Indochina Tours and his team to anyone looking to travel in Southeast Asia. From the moment we arrived at the airport, we were met, whisked away to waiting sunset boat cruise. The food and the welcome to Bangkok was "Wow". The tour continued to impress every day. Our hotels were in the best locations, all of excellent standard and comfortable. We travelled to Lopburi , Sukhothai, Chiang Mai, Lampang and so much more before flying from Bangkok to Paro. Our mini bus was air conditioned and spacious (15 seater for 6 of us). Nam, our guide was knowledgeable and flexible. I don't think we were as energetic as he was - but he adjusted to suit us. He was great and his English was very good. We were accompanied and introduced to the best sights, and taken to some lovely good quality restaurants. We had no concerns about anything and were able to relax and enjoy the experiences. We were truly looked after every moment until we were returned to the airport for our return flights.
