But also this tourist guide I think he still has room to make improvement in his customer service skills because his job primarily is customer service. From the first email I sent to Hany to inquire about the package, his communication was great, and throughout the trip he was available for any questions we had. The Nile cruise was perfect. The sites were amazing. Our tour guide Mostafa was everything we could have wanted in a tour guide...a perfect combo of information, interaction, and allowing us our free time when needed. Our accommodations (aka resort) in Cairo were nicer than what I was expecting. And our transportation was waiting for us each time we stepped out of the airport or out of our hotel.
