Bruce· August 27th, 2022We traveled in luxury style both by motor coach and a 2-day trip on the Rockey Mountaineer Gold Leaf service train. The sightseeing was wonderful, entertaining and fabulous at every stop. The hotels are absolutely first class except that two of them (Lake Louise and Jasper) are not classic hotels without air conditioning. We had unusually hot weather (90+ degree days) - not usual for the region so although we had lots of sunshine, we did pay an uncomfortable price (completely out of the control of the tour operator). If you want to stay at some at the very best hotels western Canada has to offer, this is your tour. The drive from Banff to Jasper (via an overnight at Lake Louise) shouldn't be missed - there were glaciers around every turn. And best of all you even get to take special transport and go out and stand in the center of a huge glacier - believe me it's really cool!!!Show more
