- DFDennis· October 6th, 2023The guide, M.Ait Braim Mohamed was excellent first taking us on an acclimatisation trek and then the trek to the refuge and the summit too. This trip proved difficult for me as the altitude affected me but Mohamed set a brilliant pace which helped with the success. If I do this trip again I would extend to a week to better acclimatise as I’ve never had altitude issues on other trips. Mo prepared the meals and made us Berber ‘whiskey’ which is a delicious local tea.The accommodation in Imlil was superb with a wonderful host.Even with altitude issues this was a fabulous tripShow moreTrip date: September 2023
- AJAnne-Celine· December 27th, 2022Hiking Mount Toubkal was a legendary experience! Our guide Samir was fantastic, very helpful, kind and experienced. At the end of our trek, Samir even took us to his family home and we had lunch. It was a lovely gesture and an authentic experience. The lodge at base camp is quite rustic but the vibe, cozy fireplaces and the many other guides and hikers to talk to made it feel very homey. We absolutely loved it and are really glad we did 4 days instead of just 2! It really let us immerse ourselves in the experience and our legs were also thankful.Show more

kemunto· April 12th, 2022Our 4-day Toubkal trek was a unique adventure for us. We were picked up from our hotel in Marrakech and headed to Imlil, through to the Azzaden Valley and the Tamsoult Refuge. Everything was easy and well organized. The staff at Imlil was so welcoming and accommodating. We loved the experience we had there, including the delicious food they gave us. While the trek was challenging, our tour guide chose the pace of the slowest person. We had the best scenery as we trekked through the Jebel Toubkal, the highest peak in the Atlas Mountain. Besides we enjoyed the beauty of waterfalls, Azzaden valley and other landscapes. The Berber guides and mules made this trek a true Moroccan adventure!Show moreTrip date: March 2021
