Hotel accommodation was beyond unacceptable (1 star at best) and private car was old without functioning seat belts. Tour company did not advocate for me so had to buy a whole new hotel again despite showing photos of the filthy mattresses and dirty pool (not to mention unsafe surroundings) at our 'five star' hotel. Expensive disaster and ruined our trip. Would never use again and would warn others from the same.Show moreTrip date: May 2023
