- PPatricia· July 1st, 2024You are better off getting a private driver or taxi. Someone who really knows the island. Our tour guide who was responsible for us was not very good. As described on their website about English speaking and knowledgeable and not very helpful. Prior to our departure there were issues when questions were asked to Wingbuddy they always said they would get back to us. Some times they did and sometimes they did'nt. Received incorrect information multiple times, very frustrating. Once they get your deposit it's a different ballgame. Beware!Show more

I found the Hotel Ananda in Ubud a bit difficult due to long paths and uneven stairs/ steps. We arranged with our guide some minor changes to the tours which he accommodated. Our driver was amazing in the traffic. A European river cruise is on my bucket list so I don't rank a destination in the last question.
