- MLMark· December 20th, 2023Very disappointed with Sonia from Joyful. Firstly driver did not arrive at appointed time giving us no notification. Sonia apologised and offered us complimentary meals in Ranthambore, for us only to discover all meals were included there! Although we asked for 5* hotels this one wasn’t even starred, was dirty and we needed to be transferred to an equally basic hotel but at least clean. We tried to talk to Sonia but was very hard to contact. When we eventually made contact she stated “don’t call me again, don’t email me or contact me in any way”. Hotels are inferior quality, She offers “upgrades” which are not upgraded at all. Beware of this wolf in sheeps clothing. She is not what she appears to be. Beware of this company.Show more

Ms. Sonia created a well curated itinerary and the selected guides were excellent in both their knowledge of the sites and english. I also enjoyed the tour guides in Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. They made me appreciate culture and for those who find history boring, they focused on me and I enjoyed learning more about the monument.
