Only one problem upon arrival looked for transportation paid for in advance reservation. called the local Globus and they advised ride wasn't coming so take a taxi. Am waiting for reimbursement of the the airport taxi ride to Hotel. - AEdna· February 24th, 2023The tour guide was impressive of her vast knowledge about the biblical & historical events of the Holy Land and that of Israel. Love the Mediterranean foods in the chosen hotels( buffet)for breakfast & dinners, but not the restaurants chosen for lunches. They were crowded and chaotic. The driver was also helpful with tourists getting off the bus, and he was a skilled driver. Overall experience with the Globus Israel Escape was excellent. This is the 2nd land tour with Globus, 1st in Costa Rica, & both tour guides were excellent. The airport MB transfer driver was 1 hour early , but did not go inside the hotel until @6 pm as scheduled . We felt bad for him parked while we had been waiting in the hotel lobby for 6 hours since Chechen out time @ 12 pm. The hotel was flexible and accommodating with check out time from 11am to 12pm due to our transfer @ 6pm. Accommodations were excellent, our tour guide, Tal Segal was the best as he shared his knowledge about scripture and history of Israel and the iconic places where Jesus was present.
