- KBKlara· November 1st, 2024We booked the 6day tour with 4star hotels and we were more than disappointed. The hotels were suboptimal, most of them smelling of mildew, some of them had mold in the rooms. Definitely not 4 stars international standard. The tours were okay, guides were mostly fine and the driver Sanjeev was great! However, beware of it saying sightseeing is included as well as all taxes and fees, because you still have to pay all the monument fees to get into every single sightseeing place. They were also uncooperative when this was pointed out to them and refuse to pay it back, telling us that we just “misunderstood”. This has since been added to the tour description per our request. They also failed to book our tiger safari in ranthambore, we waited in the lobby for an hour and no one came so we called and they tried to pin it on the safari guide, when clearly they had forgotten to book it. We had missed the last slot for the safari and had to do an early morning again, with no consideration or respect for our time as well as no understanding in regards to us having to reschedule important business meetings due to their lack of planning. The operators are very unprofessional and we will not be using Taj Voyage again nor will we recommend it.Show moreTrip date: October 2024
- NNaami_B· August 4th, 2024I travelled solo from my current residence in dubai and had booked the golden triangle tour with Taj Voyages Tour through Mr. Sumit What I can say is that the tour was excellent, very well organized, I always felt informed and safe. As I done this solo, I had some anxiety, but my excellent driver Sanjeev really helped me. l throughout always checking in through text message. The roads can be hectic, but Sanjeev is very experienced and it was very relaxed throughout. The tour guides in each city were excellent, very knowledge and full of enthusiasm. I highly recommend this company, brilliant service and the experience was once in a life time.Show more
