Saul· November 23rd, 2024I did a Portugal / Spain Tour. The bus and tour guide were good . The two of the three dinners provided were almost inedible. They skipped a wine tasting in Spain and tried to make up for it with bad wine at the bad dinner I left 3 Untuckit shirts in my hotel in Lisbon. My fault. But the hotel is suppose to check the closets. The property was stolen by either the staff or did not check the closet. The street outside the hotel was so noisy I barely slept. A night club with music blasting till about 4 AM Customer service after the trip was as bad as my dinners. A bunch of poor excuses I will upgrade my next touring company to another one. In Castelo da Vide, would have liked to go into the synogogue but it was closed.
