- ZDZé· January 28th, 2024The tour with Lanka Safe Tours was great, we started with the driver/guide Akeel, after a few days Akeel had to leve to make acquaintance with his bride and Dinesh "took control", after two days Akeel came back and did the rest of the trip. It wasnt simple with us, we had extra-wishes and didnt want to see animals because we've seen enough of them. So they had to change plans all the time, but they managed it quite eficiently. For us, the Lions Rock in Sigiriya, the dancers show in Kandy, the vew over the mountains and the waterfalls in Ella, especially the cloud crossing the hotel lobby, wer the hilites. And Mirissa, the last station, was paradise. Except for the mane rode with all its trafic, but we know thare is nothing the agency can do for it, they certanly cant aford building a new rode only for pedestrians. Anyway Akeel and also Dinesh wer always frendly, eficient and good drivers, we always felt safe despite the bus drivers driving like berserks, the truks, cars, tuktuks, motorbikes, dogs, monkys and ellefants playing on the rode. Sri Lanka is a safe, nice and butiful country ennyway.Show more
