- JCJoe· December 19th, 2024On our recent trip to Madagascar our guide and driver stopped at a local restaurant on a travel day and my wife, son and I had lunch. My wife and I became very sick. We went to the airport in Antananarivo, Madagascar to board our flight to Toliara .. I had a parasite infection and was dehydrated, but prepared to take the short 1hour flight. My guide took me to the Madagascar Airlines doctor at the airport. The doctor told me that I could not fly that day and then prescribed medication for the infection. Please send me a refund for the flight that I had purchased and was denied to board, by the Airline. I have included my ticket information, boarding pass and medical prescription. This happened in October. It is now December and I have heard nothing from Tourradar. You owe me the money that I spent for a ticket that I was forbidden to use, by the airline’s own doctor. Our guide Roberto took wonderful care of us, and our driver Telly was great as well. The local park guides were really knowledgeable and helpful. It was a bucket list trip for us and we came away amazed.
