- Day 1 Arrive in Kathmandu (1,400 m/4,593 ft)
- Day 2 Fly to Lukla (2,804 m) from Kathmandu or Manthali (Ramechhap) and then Trek to Phakding (2,610 m/8,536 ft) - 3 to 4 hours
- Day 3 Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,441 m/11,289 ft) - 5 to 6 hours
- Day 4 Acclimatization at Namche Bazaar - 4 to 5 hours
- Day 5 Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,860 m/12,664 ft) - 5 to 6 hours
- Day 6 Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche (4,350 m/14,272 ft) - 5 to 6 hours
- Day 7 Acclimatization Hike to Nangkartsang Peak (5,083 m) – 4 to 5 hours
