Ajay· December 15th, 2022I had an amazing sightseeing In Katmandu of the Seven World Heritage sites, the guide was excellent provided in-depth knowledge. Fortunately, there was auspicious Purnima festival, the Bazaar and and Katmandu, Patan and Durbar squares were bustling with Nepali's in their traditional costumes celebrating the festival. Guide and me were fully immersed in the celebrations from the the start of the tour and at various sites or temples we paid our respect to the shrines. We were also fortunate to reach in time at Kumari temple to get glimpse of Kumari Devi living goddess. Tour was customised perfectly to reach Pashupatinath in time for the Punrnima celebrations at sacred temple to be blessed by Holymen, for the Puja and Aarati on the banks of Bagmati river. Next day, upon arrival Katmandu airport, I boarded an Everest Scenic flight, guaranteed window seat one can capture Birds Eye view of the breathtaking scenic views of the mountain range and Everest mountain peaks. On my return at Katmandu airport I then boarded a flight to Pokhora for more sight seeing I had an excellent guide here exploring the Gupteshwor Mahadev cave and Devi’s waterfalls, Peace Pogoda, Fewa Lake, and for the finale Sarangkot for panonramic views at sunrise when the first rays of rising sun hit, Dhaulagiri, Annapurna and Manasulu mountain ranges , glows with orange hue. Luxury Holidays Nepal is excellent tour operator and organised the tours, with excellent guides and drivers, also customised the tour to individual needs so that one can be fully immersed in the culture and festival of Nepal.Show more
