The hotel choices were great, right in the middle of the city in Lisbon and on the waterfront in Azores. The airfare and transportation was all taken care of very nicely. However, the details listed on the itineraries were not often followed on the tours, and I felt disappointed with some of the experiences. They are also not able to accommodate dietary restrictions on many of the day tours. - KDKelsi· September 29th, 2023Take the trip! Everything ran so smoothly and it was so nice having transfers, etc already taken care of. All of our guides - Marta in Lisbon and Paulo and John in the Azores were fantastic! In Lisbon we were the only two on the tour with Marta and in the Azores we were with one other person one day and 6 other people the next which was great! You aren’t with a full bus of people being herded around. I can’t recommend this your enough! We also added a few days after the Azores and went to Porto which I highly suggest! Porto is super hilly like Lisbon but well worth the extra 2/3 day addition to the trip! We absolutely LOVED working with your radar and Portugal Travel Company and can’t wait to plan our next trip! Tour Radar and Portugal Travel Center have been nothing short of first class and we haven’t even taken the trip yet!!! From extending our itinerary, to changing flights, booking extra train tickets and hotels, etc, they have been so accommodating and helpful! I know I haven’t been the easiest to deal with with all the changes I’ve requested thus far and they have been so professional and on top of every change that’s been made.
