The hotel choices were great, right in the middle of the city in Lisbon and on the waterfront in Azores. The airfare and transportation was all taken care of very nicely. However, the details listed on the itineraries were not often followed on the tours, and I felt disappointed with some of the experiences. They are also not able to accommodate dietary restrictions on many of the day tours.
